- The development team - development managers, developers and testers who are responsible for custom integration, enhancements, interfaces and data conversion routines
- Trainers - experienced training resources that assist with development and execution of the appropriate user training approach
- Support analysts - responsible for supporting the application once in production and assisting with the identification and resolution of production issues
